Day 3

Day 2. I decided against taking the diet pill. I felt motivated as I had little to eat on day 1!

Day 3. Had half a bacon buttie, a boiled egg and half a cheese and branston pickle toastie for breakfast. Then had my diet pill. Felt fine - no urge to run a marathon - just diminished appetite and a desire to eat healthy when I did start feeling hungry after lunch time!

Not experienced any of the 'downer' side effects that I was warned about :-)

So far so good!!

Day 1 - 10 stone 8 pounds

EEEEEEK  My first ever blog - how exciting :-)

It's also the first day of my new diet. Aim is to lose 1 stone 1 pound by the summer for my mega 30th birthday holiday!

Weighed this morning - am 10 stone 8. Quite happy with that. Dream weight is 9 stone 7 pounds.

Going to see Elvis in 5 weeks and want to be back into my favourite black dress which I was unable to zip up last weekend! This is stage one of diet.

Had my slim fast milkshake earlier and my first T5 pill. Feels like I've gone mad with the Red Bull. Feels a little odd but at least I'm at home and don't have to talk to anyone!
